Angels’ Circle: Preparing for September 11′s 20th anniversary — ‘We want it to look extra special’

The volunteers behind Angels’ Circle, the small 9/11 memorial at Hylan Boulevard and West Fingerboard Road in Staten Island, are working hard to make it look “extra special” for the 20th anniversary of the terrorist attacks, reports Alexandra Salmieri for the Staten Island Advance.
