Due to heightened security restrictions in the Washington, DC area, our office is closed. As a reminder, this closure only impacts our Helpline and document Intake teams, which are the two teams that have remained onsite during COVID. As a result, the Helpline is closed and currently unable to answer incoming calls at this time. All calls are being routed to voicemail and our Helpline representatives are returning the messages in the order they are received. Due to ongoing high call volumes, we continue to ask all represented claimants to contact their attorney rather than leave a message for a call back.
