Volunteers plant hundreds of flowers near Flight 93 National Memorial

Volunteers have planted nearly 700 perennial flowers at the Remember Me Rose Garden not far from the Flight 93 National Memorial, report the staff of Channel 6 WJAC.

More will be planted later in the month, and benches and a fountain will be installed in the garden in preparation for the 20th anniversary of the terrorist attacks of 9/11.
