Kevin Clark, 59, died on October 5, 2019.
He was retired from the New York City Police Department. During his tenure there, he served on NYC’s FEMA team and responded to the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing and to the World Trade Center terrorist attacks and recovery operation, reported the Daily News.
All services for Kevin Clark will be private.
