Vandals have covered a September 11th memorial in Geneva, NY with white spray paint, reports 13WHAM News.
Police in Geneva are investigating after graffiti was found spray painted onto the Long Pier 9/11 memorial on Seneca Lake Tuesday morning.
The damage has been repaired.
