After 68% of patients were cured of PTSD in phase-2 trials, clinics may soon offer MDMA therapy

In recent studies on treating “untreatable” PTSD patients with MDMA-assisted psychotherapy, 107 participants with chronic, treatment-resistant PTSD received several sessions a one-month period. Two months after the treatments, 56% of the patients no longer showed symptoms that qualified as PTSD. At the 12-month follow-up, 68% “no longer had PTSD.”

Now there is a battle to get MDMA therapy passed by the Food and Drug Administration, reports McKinley Corbley of Good News.
