The Thomas I. Glasser Memorial Scholarship Fund has honored Craig Finnegan, who recently retired from the Summit Police Department, with their President’s Award, reports the Tapinto Summit.
The President’s Award recognizes outstanding supporters of the Glasser Fund. The Thomas I. Glasser Memorial Scholarship Fund honors Tom Glasser, who was killed in the terrorist attacks of 9/11 by offering scholarships to children of Summit police officers and to Summit students studying criminal justice or for careers in law enforcement.
