Children of firefighter who pitched his invention on Shark Tank donate to FDNY charity

Kaley, Keira and Christian Young, the children of Firefighter Keith Young, who died of World Trade Center-related cancer last year, have given more than $40,000 to the Fire Foundation, with more donations to come, reports Kemberly Richardson of WABC.

The Youngs, who lost their mother to cancer in 2012, went on Shark Tank to fulfill their father’s dream of marketing the cutting board he invented. Impressed by their story and their dedication, all of the “sharks” backed the Youngs, who now run a successful business.
