1993 World Trade Center bomber sues over prison faith rights

Convicted terrorist Ahmad Ajaj, one of the 1993 bombers of the World Trade Center, is suing federal prison officials for providing an imam of a different denomination to his own and for not providing meals that meet his religious standards.

He is serving a sentence of more than 114 years in prison for causing the February 26, 1993 World Trade Center explosion that killed six adults and an unborn child.

A written decision is expected from the judge, reports Kathleen Foody for the Associated Press.
