Three-year-old Trucker Dukes died on March 3, 2017 in his mother’s arms. He had battled neuroblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer for most of his life, reports Chris Sugidono in the Maui News.
Trucker had loved fire trucks and firefighters. His father, Josh, is a firefighter in Paia, Hawaii. While in NYC for treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, members of the FDNY made Trucker an honorary member of the FDNY.
