The 265 victims of the crash of American Airlines Flight 587 were remembered at a commemoration at the Belle Harbor crash site on Saturday, November 12, reports ABC News.
The plane crashed on November 12, 2001, with the loss of everyone on board and several people on the ground.
Many of the firefighters and police officers who responded to the crash were also working at the recovery effort at the World Trade Center site.
