On March 2, 2016, Mike Jaffe was the keynote speaker at the Springfield Regional Chamber business breakfast in Agawam, Massachusetts. Jaffe normally would have been at work on the 96th floor of the tower at the time of the attacks, but he was 20 minutes late for work on the morning of the attacks.
