World Trade Center to Receive “Anne Frank Tree” Sapling

The Anne Frank Center United States has offered the World Trade Center in New York a sapling from Anne Frank’s horse chestnut tree, writes Dana Christensen in the Press Telegraph of January 16, 2016. Anne Frank could see a tree from her “Secret Annexe” and wrote about it in her famous Diary. Several Holocaust centers, the White House and a few other special sites have been chosen to receive a sapling.
