On January 7, 2016. Mark Boshnack of the Daily Star writes of the death of retired NYPD police officer Edward Callahan on January 3, 2016.
Callahan’s son Michael, and daughter, Diana both followed their father into the New York Police Department.
Michael Callahan told the Daily Star that his father was being treated for 9/11-related asthma. Callahan’s death will be reviewed by the NYPD pension review board for a 9/11 link.
