Josane Digiampietro who was commuting via the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, has had her PTSD symptoms retriggered by the bike path terrorist attack in Lower Manhattan on Halloween, reports Trason Bragg of Channel 5 News KRGV.
Channel 5 spoke to mental health specialist Ricardo Tovar, who discussed retriggering and what those dealing with PTSD can do to cope.
