9/11 Memorial event causes concern

The annual 9/11 Memorial & Museum’s run/walk cannot begin at Pier 26 this year because of construction. The event will begin instead at 7:50am beside P.J. Clarke’s steakhouse on the north side of the North Cove, reports the Tribeca Trib.
