NY1 News reported on April 6, 2016 that the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Tower Climb Honoring Captain Billy Burke in 1 World Trade Center will be held on Sunday, May 15, 2016.
The Durst Organization, owner of 1WTC, had cancelled the event. They have reconsidered.
This year’s climbers will ascend all the way to the 102nd floor, the tower’s highest. Last year’s climb ended on the 90th floor.
