Seaman Justin Nygren and other members of Arlington’s Deck Department in Pascagoula, Miss. rang the ship’s ceremonial bell 184 times on September 11, 2012, in memory of the 184 people who perished in the terrorist attack on the Pentagon 11 years ago.
