London’s Metropolitan Police searching the 24 stories of rubble from the Grenfell tower fire have requested help from United States experts who worked in the aftermath of the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center, report Jemma Crew and Ryan Hooper of The Independent Online.
The June 14, 2017 fire in the tower has killed at least 80 people, so the only comparable situation was that of the Trade Center.
