Boston bombing play “Finish Line” hopes to help city heal

The creators of Finish Line: The Untold Stories of the 2013 Boston Marathon, spent months interviewing victims’ family members, runners, survivors, police officers, and doctors and turned their stories into a documentary-style stage show performed by the Boston Theater Company. Finish Line is in previews this month and will premier next year, writes Adam Reiss of NBC.

The play opens on the morning of April 15, 2013, the day of the bombing, with 10 actors playing the 35 people depicted.
