Outrage over signed Rudy Giuliani 9/11 shirts selling for $911

Former NYC mayor Rudy Giuliani is being criticized for selling autographed 9/11 T-shirts, reports Gustaf Kilander for the Independent.

WABC Radio, that runs a program hosted by Giuliani, is selling the shirts. The site states that a “portion of proceeds go to the WABC Radio Foundation, a 501c3 charity”.

Shirts read, “Never forget. 20 years. Remembering & Reuniting. With Rudy Giuliani.”

Texas State (TXST) football helmet given to Dr. Bryan C. Jack Elementary School

Dr. Bryan C. Jack Elementary School in Tyler, Texas has received a football helmet inscribed with the names of 19 Texans killed in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, including Bryan C. Jack. Dr. Jack was a 20-year Pentagon employee who was killed aboard American Airlines Flight 77 when terrorists smashed it into his workplace.

The helmet was worn during a Texas State University football game played on the 20th anniversary of the terrorist attacks of 9/11, reports Sam Searles for CBS 19 TV.

Wounded police officer returns to post in N.J. town two years after near-fatal accident

Summit NJ Police Officer Anthony Pyzik, 32, has returned to work two years after he was horribly injured when he was hit by a stolen vehicle. After enduring more than 7 surgeries and months of physical therapy, he is back on the job, reports Jackie Roman of NJ News.

Officer Pyzik was hit head-on by a suspect operating a stolen car in April 2020.
