Morristown’s Rick Rescorla awarded Presidential Citizens Medal for 9/11 heroism

Retired Army Colonel Rick Rescorla, who was killed saving thousands of Morgan Stanley employees as their head of security on September 11, 2001, has been awarded a posthumous Presidential Citizens Medal.
