3 World Trade Center officially opened on June 5, 2018. The 80-story building is 1,079 feet high and was designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, reports Lois Weiss for the NY Post.
The anchor tenant is MGroup.
The design features a mullion-free glass curtain wall and exposed exoskeleton.
As of its opening, 40 percent of the building has been leased.
