Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The Stephen P. Driscoll Memorial Pipe Band will perform at West Point on Sunday, April 22, 2018 at 2:30pm. NYPD Officer Stephen P. Driscoll was killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 at the age of 38. He was a member of the NYPD’s elite Emergency Services Unit.
