9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Application deadline for this year’s Michael C. Rothberg September 11th Memorial Scholarship

The Michael C. Rothberg September 11th Memorial Scholarship honors the memory of Michael Rothberg, Sharon High School Class of 1980, who was killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 at the World Trade Center.

The scholarship was conceived and organized by Michael’s family, high school classmates, and friends, is dedicated to preserving and celebrating his heroic legacy, ethical commitment and service to community.

In May 2018, the scholarship committee will award a $5,000 merit-based scholarship to a member of Sharon High School’s graduating class who exemplifies in his or her own way Michael’s academic promise, integrity, and service to community. To be considered for this scholarship, you should submit the required materials (available here) to mcrscholarship@aol.com no later than April 23, 2018.
