Wake & funeral for FDNY EMS Lieutenant John Patrick Raftery III

FDNY EMS Lt. John Patrick Raftery III, 50, died on December 27, 2021 after a long battle with World Trade Center-related cancer. He served the people of NYC for 28 years.
His wake will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 from 1:00pm until 4:00pm and again from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at Arthur F. White Funeral Home in Bethpage.
His funeral will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at 8:00pm at the funeral home.
Cremation will be private.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations in John’s memory to the Ray Pfeifer Foundation.
