9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. National EMS Memorial Service – Oxon, MD

The annual National EMS Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2019 in Oxon, Maryland.
The families of the 26 EMS personnel who died in the line of duty last year will be presented with a U.S. flag that flew over the Capitol, a rose, and a medallion in honor of their family member. Six of those honored here died of World Trade Center-related illnesses. More details about the ceremony are available here.
The EMS Tree of Life Memorial will be on display. It will become permanent when funding for the memorial is complete.
EMS personnel nationwide will participate in 30 seconds of radio silence out of respect.
