9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. NYPD Police Officer Jeffrey F. Healy has died of World Trade Center-related cancer on May 1, 2019 at the age of 52.
He served with the NYPD for 21 years.
His memorial Mass will be held at Good Shepherd Church in Inwood on Monday, May 6, 2019 at 10:00am.
In accordance with Officer Healy’s wishes, his friends and family will scatter his ashes at a later date.
