9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Detective Steven McDonald Memorial Scholarship Application Deadline

In the spirit of all that Detective Steven McDonald stood for, NYPD with Arms Wide Open has begun a scholarship award for students within the NYPD community who are living with special needs, or those who are the family members of an individual with special needs.
The 2019 Detective Steven McDonald Memorial Scholarship is now accepting applications.
All completed applications are due no later than Friday, March, 1, 2019. You may download an application here. Please note that all applications must be submitted electronically; any application submitted by mail will not be accepted.
