9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Virtual celebration of life for James Vincent McQuade, retired DSNY

James Vincent McQuade was born on April 30, 1971 and died in Florida of World Trade Center-related illness on February 15, 2021. He was 49. He had a long career with DSNY, serving at the World Trade Center recovery efforts after the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
