9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. NYPD Detective Pedro Esponda died of World Trade Center-related illness on March 25, 2018. He was 61.
A visitation will be held at the George H. Weldon Funeral Home in Manhattan on Friday, March 30, 2018, from 3:00pm until 8:30pm.
Detective Esponda will be interred at Woodlawn Crematory.
