9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Johnny Mac Foundation Wish Gala

$150.00The annual Johnny Mac Foundation Wish Gala will be held at the Westbury Manor on Saturday, March 8, 2014, beginning with cocktails at 8:00pm. Dinner and dancing will follow the cocktail hour.
Honorees for 2014 will be Camp Bulldog and Touro Law Disaster Relief.

FF John MacNamara died of World Trade Center related cancer in 2009 after spending months at the site after the terrorist attacks. The foundation in his name is building a community center in Blue Point, which was John’s last wish. Like John, himself, a founder of the New York City Firefighter Brotherhood Foundation, the Johnny Mac Foundation also supports sick recovery workers and disaster victims.
