Mayo Clinic Webinar — What patients need to know about Hilar Cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer)

On Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at 1:00pm Eastern Time, the Mayo Clinic will host an interactive webinar on hilar cholangiocarcinoma (cancer of the bile ducts). Bile duct cancer, a very rare disease, has been showing up among recovery workers at the World Trade Center.

Julie Heimbach, MD, of the Mayo Clinic’s Liver Transplant Program, and Sumera Rizvi, MBBS, Gastroenterology and Hematology Fellow, will discuss hilar cholangiocarcinoma symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment options, including liver transplantation.
