9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for Sergeant Terrence Scott O’Hara, NYPD (ret.)

Sergeant Terrence Scott O’Hara, NYPD (ret.) died of World Trade Center-related illness on March 10, 2017 at the age of 40. He was married with two children and spent much of his NYPD career with the Queens Gang Squad.
His wake will be held at the Massapequa Funeral Home on Monday, March 13, 2017 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm and from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.
The funeral Mass will be said at 11:00am on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church in Massapequa.
Cremation will be private.
