9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for retired FDNY Lt. Gerard McGibbon

Retired Lt. Gerard McGibbon of the FDNY died on January 24, 2021 of World Trade Center-related cancer.
His wake will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2021, from 2:00pm – 4:00pm and from 7:00pm until 9:00pm and on Friday, January 29, 2021, also from 2:00pm – 4:00pm and 7:00pm until 9:00pm at the Lindenhurst Funeral Home.
Due to limited capacity of visitors, please be courteous to the family and other guests by making your visit short so that everyone has a chance to pay their respects.
His funeral Mass will be said at Our Lady of Grace RC Church in West Babylon, NY on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 9:00am.
As a reminder, masks and social distancing are required at both wake and funeral.
