9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for retired FDNY Firefighter Richard Driscoll, E-91

Retired FDNY Firefighter Richard Driscoll died on July 18, 2019 of World Trade Center-related illness.

He is the 200th FDNY member to die of World Trade Center illness. Firefighter Driscoll retired from Engine 91 in East Harlem in 2002, after serving the Department for 32 years, with numerous citations for bravery.

In addition to his response to the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, and his work on the pile in the aftermath, Firefighter Driscoll fought in the Vietnam War.

His wake will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush Funeral Home in Monroe, NY.

The funeral Mass for FF Driscoll will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at Sacred Heart Church in Monroe.
