9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Retired FDNY Firefighter Richard C. Toshack, E-307, died of World Trade Center-related illness on July 3, 2022. Firefighter Toshack served the FDNY and the people of New York for 21 years.
His wake will be held from 2:00pm until 4:00pm and from 7:00pm until 9:00pm on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Moloney-Sinnicksons Funeral Home in Center Moriches, NY.
His funeral Mass will take place at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Center Moriches on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at 10:45am.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in memory of FF Toshack be made to the NY Firefighters’ Burn Center Foundation.
