9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for Police Officer Diane Halbran, NYPD (ret.)

Retired NYPD Officer Diane “DiDi” Halbran died on September 6, 2017 of an aggressive World Trade Center-related cancer that was only recently diagnosed. She was 60.
She worked for the NYPD’s 70th Precinct and for Brooklyn South Task Force and PBBS.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2017 and on Sunday, September 10, 2017 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm and from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Marine Park Funeral Home in Brooklyn.
Her funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 11, 2017 at 9:45am at Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Her committal will follow at Green-Wood Crematory.
