9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. NYPD Sergeant Terrance John McAvoy shot himself on July 27, 2019.
His wake will be held at Staten Island’s Harmon Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 from 7:00pm until 9:00pm and on Thursday, August 1, 2019 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm and from 7:00pm until 9:00pm.
His funeral Mass will be said at 10:00am on Friday, August 2, 2019 at Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church, also on Staten Island.
Sgt. McAvoy will be buried with a committal ceremony at St. Peter’s Cemetery on Staten Island after the Mass.
