9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Deadline to apply for this year’s Tommy Phelan Scholarship

The deadline to apply for the first annual Tommy Phelan Scholarship is Thursday, August 1, 2019.
The Tommy Phelan Scholarship is presented by the Phelan family, Marine 9, and Friends of Firefighters. It is a $500 scholarship awarded to the child of an FDNY firefighter (active or retired) to be used specifically for SUNY Maritime College.
