Wake for NYPD Detective Thomas Lyons

NYPD Detective Thomas “Tommy” Lyons has died of World Trade Center-related pancreatic cancer at the age of 51.
His wake will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2019 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and from 7:00pm to 9:00pm and on Friday, January 4, 2019 also from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Balsamo-Cordovano Funeral Home in Carmel.
His funeral will take place at St. James the Apostle Church in Carmel on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 10:30am.
Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne, NY.
