9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for Nicholas E. Wexler, retired NYC Department of Corrections Officer

Nicholas E. Wexler, who retired from NYC Department of Corrections after a 28-year career, died on January 15, 2020. He worked at the site of the World Trade Center after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
His wake will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 from 7:00pm until 9:00pm at the Weigand Brothers Funeral Home in Williston Park, NY.
