9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for FDNY FF Michael H. Gebert, E-324

Michael Henry Gebert, 28, died of cancer on September 11, 2022. He joined the FDNY six years ago and was a member of Engine 324.
His wake will be held at the Leo F. Kerns Funeral Home in Rego Park on Thursday, September 15, 2022 from 2:00pm until 5:00pm and from 7:00pm until 9:00pm. A second wake will be held at the same location from 2:00pm until 5:00pm on Friday, September 16, 2022.
His funeral Mass will take place at 10:45am on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at St. Margaret’s RC Church in Middle Village.
