9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Captain Joe Doran (ret.) of Rescue 4 has died.
His wake will be held at the Chapey and Sons Funeral Home in Bethpage on Monday, February 2, 2015 from 2:00pm-4:30pm and from 7:00pm-9:30pm.
The funeral Mass has been rescheduled for Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at 10:15am at St. James Church in Seaford.
