9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for Detective Stephen T. Kubinski, NYPD

NYPD Detective Stephen T. Kubinski, 59, died of World Trade Center-related illness on January 6, 2017.
Mr. Kubinski worked as a detective in the 13th Precinct in Manhattan and worked during the recovery efforts after the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center.
His wake will take place on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm and from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Hillebrand Funeral Home in Rego Park.
Det. Kubinski’s funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at 9:45am at Resurrection Ascension Church in Middle Village.
