9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for Captain Peter Casey, FDNY

The wake for Captain Peter J. Casey will be held on Monday, July 8, 2013 from 2:00pm-4:30pm and from 7:00pm-9:00pm at the McManus Funeral Home in Brooklyn.
Captain Casey died of WTC-related multiple myeloma on July 3, 2013 at the age of 67. Peter retired as an FDNY Captain after 33 years of dedicated service. He was also a Vietnam veteran with the U.S. Marine Corps. and an active member of the Knights of Columbus.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at 10:00am at St. Genevieve Church in Roxbury (Breezy Point). The cremation will take place at Greenwood Crematory.
