9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for retired NYPD Detective James R. McKenna

NYPD Detective James R. McKenna, who retired only recently, died of World Trade Center-related illness on January 25, 2021.
His wake will be held at Moloney’s Holbrook Funeral Home on Friday, January 29, 2021 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm. A religious service will be held that evening, time TBA.
His funeral Mass will take place at St. Frances DeChantal R.C. Church in the Bronx on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 11:00am.
Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorn, NY.
