9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for FDNY EMS Lt. Alison Russo

FDNY EMS Lt. Alison Russo was brutally murdered on September 30th by a knife-wielding thug while on duty. The 25-year FDNY veteran responded to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 and was beloved by her colleagues. She was 61.
Her wake will be held on Monday, October 3, 2022 and again on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm and from 7:00pm until 9:00pm at Commack Abbey Funeral Home in Commack, NY.
Her funeral will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at the Tilles Center in Brookville, NY. The service will be livestreamed here.
Cremation will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to either the EMS FDNY Help Fund or the Little Shelter Animal Rescue & Adoption Center.
