9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Sylvia Scearcy, 63, died Thursday, February 28, 2019.
During her emergency medical career, she worked at the recovery operation after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
Her visitation will be held on Monday, March 11, 2019 from 2:00pm until 5:00pm and from 7:00pm until 9:00pm at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home in Sunnyside Queens.
