9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Tommy Dowd Memorial Foundation Family Fun Festival

$25 – $40The Tommy Dowd Memorial Foundation & Manhattan Beer Distributors present the second annual Tommy Dowd Memorial Family Fun Day on Saturday, June 30, 2012 from 11:30am to 9:00pm at the Black Rock Fish & Game Club in Highland Mills.
It will be a fun-filled day of barbecue, food, beverages, raffles, apparel and games for all ages. Music will be provided by the Cover-up Band, Jaded Monks & DJ Victor Vargas.
The Woodbury Fire Department, O.C Sheriff’s Department & the Masonic Child Safety Program will make appearances.
Admission costs are $25.00 per adult (over 21), or $40.00 per family. All proceeds benefit the Tommy Dowd Memorial Foundation, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit. The Foundation gives scholarships to Monroe Woodbury High School students and additional sums have been donated to other causes, among them The Paula Catalina Foundation, The Salvation Army and The Brian Aherne Children’s Fund.
Tommy Dowd was killed at Cantor Fitzgerald on September 11, 2001.
